As an MDS Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the development, completion, and timely submission of MDS assessments for our residents.
You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations related to MDS assessments and the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM).
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous PDPM experience and be an RN or LPN.
To be considered for this position, you must have a valid nursing license and experience in MDS coordination.
You should also have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
