Position Overview for the Project Controls Sr Analyst:
Execute planning, scheduling, cost engineering, and risk management for a construction project.
Lead project controls including reports, proposals, and forecasts.
Prepare and analyze project reports including change management and quantity management as well project proposals.
Required Skills for the Project Controls Sr Analyst:
Experience performing as a lead for Project Controls.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with six or more years of relevant experience with cost control, planning, and scheduling preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
